The Rosemount Area Arts Council has become an integral part of the city of Rosemount and surrounding communities. It provides opportunities to experience and enjoy take part in artistic endeavors, by offering a wide range of programming such as concerts, art festivals, music festivals, art and craft classes, plays, author and writing events, and much more. Many of the more than 50 events per year which we sponsor are provided free of charge.
