RAAC Board members John Loch, Jeanne Schwartz, and Keith Reed accept a check from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council for $5,000, for helping to fund the Rosemount Bluegrass and Americana Festival, a four-day event held in Rosemount’s Central Park in July 2013. Presenting the check was MRAC board member Melissa Brechon.
